ADDAG GmbH is the latest member of the Swiss IT Security Group

We are very pleased to inform you that ADDAG GmbH (formerly ADDAG GmbH & Co. KG) in Aachen is now part of the Swiss IT Security Group (SITS Group). In the context of further growth, the SITS Group and the managing partner will acquire 100 % of the shares of ADDAG.

This is already the 17th transaction since the group was founded in 2017. ADDAG is the eleventh member of the SITS Group in Germany.

ADDAG was founded in 1993 and offers excellent services in the areas of data protection and IT compliance. In the 28-year history of the company, ADDAG has become a renowned company throughout Germany since 1993, in which the 15 highly qualified and long-standing employees convince with excellent operational know-how. ADDAG’s services particularly include the position of the external liable data protection officer, the establishment of data protection management systems, contract work according to DSGVO, audits, data protection assessments of modern IT solutions, data protection training as well as IT compliance / IT security and the area of maintenance and monitoring of critical IT infrastructure.

The excellent know-how is reflected in the high quality and references of renowned companies. ADDAG has a diversified and loyal customer base of more than 300 companies from the healthcare, industry, research, trade and energy sectors.

Founder and managing partner Dr. Ralf Werner Schadowski will remain active as managing director of ADDAG and will also continue to develop the area of data protection within the group.
